Donation Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Donations
Donations that were intentionally made and successfully received by Marketplace Messenger are generally considered final and non-refundable.
Marketplace Messenger reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and make decisions consistent with its charitable mission and donor stewardship responsibilities.
We are committed to treating every donor fairly and with gratitude for their support.
Approved Refund Requests
Once reviewed and approved, the donated amount will be returned using the original method used to make the donation.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact Marketplace Messenger as soon as possible and provide:
Donor name
Donation date
Donation amount
Reason for the refund request
Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of the donation date whenever possible.
Refunds for Accidental Donations
We understand that mistakes can happen. Refund requests may be considered when:
A donation was made accidentally.
A duplicate donation was submitted.
An incorrect donation amount was entered unintentionally.
